Responsibilities
Conducting user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints to maintain a seamless user experience.
Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to refine designs and improve usability.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
Advocating for user-centered design principles and championing the importance of usability throughout the product development process.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of interaction design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Preferred
Master's degree in Design or related field.
Certifications in UX/UI design.
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
