Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for personalization services, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and capabilities.
Champion the user-centric approach, continually evaluating and improving personalization services to deliver personalized user experiences.
Stay abreast of market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and leverage insights to differentiate and improve product offerings.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives and effectively communicate product vision and progress.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and assist in developing and coaching junior Product Managers.
Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, monitor product adoption, and iterate on product offerings based on user needs.
Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of personalization services, monitor product performance, and drive product optimization and continuous improvement.

Required

12+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the video streaming industry or related fields.
Strong understanding of personalization and search algorithms, and user behavior.
Being able to craft concise and customer-centric PR/FAQs, PRDs, and product vision documents while creating a compelling narrative is essential.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive user engagement and business growth.
Solid knowledge of product development methodologies, agile practices, and project management tools.
Strong understanding of the news and sport media landscape, with a focus on streaming content, and the ability to apply this knowledge to product development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a track record of delivering successful products.
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions with engineering teams.
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Experience shipping high quality streaming products, with great user experiences: You know how to build simple but effective experiences for sophisticated products and/or data rich platforms

Preferred

Experience in international markets and a sensitivity to different cultural nuances is desired. Prior experience launching products worldwide is a plus.
