Responsibilities
Develop and support campaign-related initiatives within various US selling regions.
Work with Outbound and Product Groups Teams to understand key products, strategies, and capabilities.
Train sales teams to maximize campaigns and sales tools.
Convert marketing leads into actual sales pipeline for market growth.
Build networks with influential leaders and customer advocates aligned with business goals.
Gather and communicate market dynamics to business groups and selling organizations.
Collaborate with sales team to develop go-to-market plans aligning product offerings with market demand.
Provide insights into local market dynamics to tailor strategies and messaging.
Generate leads through targeted marketing efforts like events, promotions, and campaigns.
Identify and activate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and thought leaders to support strategic objectives.

Required
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
Work Experience: 4+ years biotech and /or academia sales and/or application support combined with direct customer interaction and hands on lab experience/marketing.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Bio-Rad products, technologies, and applications.
Solid public speaking skills
Moderate level of field experiences including some higher-level customer facing activities
