Responsibilities

Create world-class, user-centered designs based on market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability research

Collaborate with internal and external content creators and researchers to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all customer touch points

Partner with the product management team to translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements

Collaborate directly with software engineers and data scientists to bring the resulting designs and vision to market

Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes

Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications

Present design work to the design team, product team, and leadership for review and feedback

Required

6+ years of design experience

Have an available online portfolio

Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax

Preferred

Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes

Experience with UX design of complex workflows

Ability to understand how machine learning and other complex technologies can address complex use cases and customer needs
