Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate the Handpicked strategy.

Work cross-functionally with vendor management, marketing, tech, legal, reporting, international, and executive teams.

Drive growth of the Handpicked program by influencing stakeholder teams on tech and roadmap needs.

Lead execution and testing of new ideas for the Handpicked program.

Deliver scalable solutions that grow the Handpicked program.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills.

Show an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to influence others, and passion for the customer experience.

Required

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
