Responsibilities

Oversees key processes and updates procedures as needed.

Presents problem statements and executes key elements of continuous improvement projects.

Works with Quality and Facilities to establish preventive maintenance plans on equipment.

Monitors process outputs using statistical process controls (SPC) and takes preventive measures against process drift.

Provides critical information to customers and customer-facing stakeholders, as needed.

Maintains OCAP procedures and oversees their execution.

Recommends capital expenditures and contributes to return on investment analyses.
