Responsibilities
Leverage causal inference and other statistical methodologies to assess the value and impact of products on key outcomes for hospitals and providers using financial and other data sources.
Communicate insights highlighting the impact of product offerings to various stakeholders.
Develop sophisticated healthcare algorithms and data assets to improve the ability to communicate value and enhance product offerings.

Required
Ph.D. and 3+ years of experience or Master’s and 5-7 years of experience or Bachelor’s and 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field
2-4 years experience specifically in the healthcare domain, working with EHR data, clinical data, claims data, or similar
Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and research design
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in SQL
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
Highly self-sufficient and self-starting in solving complex problems and conducting projects end-to-end
A passion and excitement about healthcare’s unique challenges and opportunities
Preferred
Experience in causal inference and/or econometrics
Experience working with Data Warehouses
Background in software development fundamentals and experience delivering software-based products
