Responsibilities
Perform video and audio editing using cuts or effects, synchronizing video and audio in pre-recorded tracks; use/mix natural sound and graphics into the stories being edited; and use other production tools to enhance the edited stories when needed.
Prepare video for newscasts using server-based editing and playback system.
Edit special assignments as needed.
Upload video, digital pictures, and copy to the station’s website and social media platforms.
Work independently, managing simultaneous projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Required
Functional to advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop/Illustrator/Audition)
Livestreams and virtual production environment
Field production lighting, video/audio recording and gear
Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel) and PC/Mac computer skills
Proficiency in written and oral Spanish and English
2-4 years of experience with different types of Multimedia (video/graphics/audio)
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exposure to Multimedia Production, Communications or Digital Media
Web design/motion graphics or similar visual tools
Knowledge of media and technical operation on live events
Experience with Smartsheet, vCreative or other order management tools
