Responsibilities
Schedule and facilitate project meetings while recording meeting minutes, action items, and decisions
Effectively communicate project information to clients and project teams
Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Create detailed project plans documenting tasks, dependencies, milestones, and resources
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Assist with drafting project documentation such as Project Charter, Lessons Learned, and Project Closure documentation
Prepare communication materials for stakeholder presentations
Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude

Required
Bachelor's degree within a life science or related field required
5+ years of experience within Pharma/Biopharma, Medical Device, or Biotech industry with at least 2 years of project coordination/management experience
Life sciences experience strongly preferred
Experience using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a strong work ethic
Experience within a cGMP and FDA regulated environment highly recommended
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
