Responsibilities

Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management

Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality

Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters

Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients

Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike

Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably accounting or finance

2-4+ years related work experience; media/marketing/advertising industry experience a plus

Prior client management experience required

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, client service environment

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders

Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications (TM1, DDS, AX)
