Responsibilities
Senior Technical Program Managers (TPMs) responsible for driving technical initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with product managers, Infrastructure Engineering teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks that may impact project delivery.
Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to TPMs, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of technical programs, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical member, facilitating collaboration and managing relationships to achieve project objectives.
Conduct regular program reviews and retrospectives to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead the resolution of escalated issues and conflicts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment focused on problem-solving and teamwork.
Serve as a key point of contact for Commercial Solutions and Service Delivery, providing regular updates and insights on program status, risks, and opportunities.

Required
BS in engineering, computer science, or related discipline equivalent.
Technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software.
Proven track record in technical program management, with hands-on experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and programs, with both Product and Engineering driven initiatives.
Experience with tools such as Aha, Jira, Rally/ALM, Confluence, Tableau, and DOMO.
Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
Experience in an Agile environment and delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred
Advanced technical program delivery experience including time developing software and developing people.
