Responsibilities
Gathering data from multiple sources to drive solutions to business problems and issues of consequence to the company.
Demonstrating the ability to make trade-off decisions between potential product capabilities.
Developing go-to-market strategy to ensure that your product features and roadmaps are well understood by stakeholders both internal and external.
Conducting customer discovery to identify unmet needs and design solutions to address those needs.
Participating in product discovery, according to defined process, for new product development.
Managing portions or entirety of the product lifecycle, as needed.
Determining strategic product vision and priorities for a feature area, and shapes/champions future product direction.
Working deep into complex systems and regulatory requirements to successfully bring those ideas to fruition.

Required
Experience in Product Management, recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features
Recognize, lead and release changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact
Demonstrate of thorough product development knowledge, include the ability to develop related business cases, content and product plans
Able to successfully participate in customer engagements
Have minimum of experience in product management: 4-6 years
Preferred
Experience and knowledge of insurance market, products, and risk management strategies - ideal not required
Possess a BA or MA level education is ideal, not required
