Responsibilities

Lead and manage municipal water/wastewater projects including pump stations, storage and treatment facilities, collection and conveyance systems, and rehabilitation.

Engage in business development activities to nurture existing clients, develop new clients and sub-consultants, and support project management for key clients.

Provide overall leadership to the South Florida Water business line and collaborate with other local business line leaders.

Foster the technical and professional development of staff within WSP.

Prioritize investments to enhance WSP’s ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects for clients.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Water Resources or closely related discipline.

10+ years of relevant post education experience in water resources engineering.

Professional License

Strong business development with connections to local agencies and municipalities in Florida.

Experience with change management.

Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
