Responsibilities

Work closely with Supply Chain teams to optimize customer experience and cost reduction strategies.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for refining targeting strategies.

Develop methodologies to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and optimize resource allocation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics for CRM initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Design and execute experiments to quantify the impact of marketing channels on customer behavior.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time monitoring.

Provide actionable recommendations and insights to optimize marketing strategies based on analysis.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance data collection and experimentation capabilities.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role

Experience must involve 1 year in planning, forecasting and/or Supply Chain

Experience must also involve dealing with results, metrics, and data to create new processes

Expertise in Tableau, ETL, data warehousing and SQL

Comfortable with Python

Conveying key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms and effectively communicating with technical teams

Performing analysis with descriptive statistics, including A/B tests

Big Data stack environments (Hadoop)

Experience with retail, ecommerce, customer analytics, and transportation data
