Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and implementing Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for battery energy storage projects
Lead the execution of LTSA contracts from handover to operations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage maintenance plans, project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation throughout the service life cycle
Collaborate with various functional groups and stakeholders to meet project deliverables and contract requirements
Oversee Authorized Service Providers (ASP) and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule, and safety guidelines are met
Interface with customers to determine needs, improve communication, and plan outage requirements
Analyze product issues affecting LTSA contracts and work with engineering and field services on corrective actions
Develop project documentation, technical reports, outage reports, and customer performance reports
Coordinate parts, repairs, and ordering of new parts to support outages at customer sites
Resolve warranty issues and perform other duties as required

Required
Bachelor of Science degree (BS) Engineering, Project Management, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent in Project Management or Field Service/Operations
Knowledge of field service, project management, LTSA expertise with supply chain, manufacturing, and Industrial background
Ability to understand contracts and capability to build strong relationships with customers
Ability to communicate to employees at all levels, customers, and especially field service personnel
Experience with focusing on facts and being a transparent communicator with ability to quickly build trust
Good communications skills. Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or additional languages is a plus
Able to read and analyze business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
Strong analytical skills with ability to write concise reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and field service staff
Experience with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions
Knowledge of database, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, and flow charts
Preferred
Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or additional languages is a plus
