Responsibilities

Ensuring daily installations are coordinated and actively managed
Connecting with customers to discuss installation timeframes and manage expectations
Responding to incoming customer calls
Following up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction
Serving as a primary contact and problem solver for customers
Dispatching work orders to service providers
Connecting with customers to manage expectations and ensure preparedness
Ensuring work completion and customer satisfaction
Creating an environment that engages Service Providers in excellence
Facilitating problem-solving and issue resolution with installers
Ensuring timely and accurate payment to providers
Participating in and supporting the Production Team
Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service
