Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Align project strategies with the company's overall business goals.

Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and other technical experts. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure projects stay on track. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks. Foster clear and open communication channels within the project team and with external stakeholders.

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the company's commitment to excellence. Implement best practices and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions. Implement risk management plans to address unforeseen challenges effectively.

Conduct daily stand-up meetings with project teams to track progress and address issues.

Review project documentation, such as requirements, specifications, and design documents.

Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that action items are documented and followed up on.

Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required

Comprehensive knowledge of full technical project management

5+ years experience leading delivery of complex projects
