Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related business degree or may consider of equivalent work experience.

5+ years’ experience in supporting IBM XIV, V7K, GPFS SAN storage as well as Thales/IBM SKLM encryption key management services.

5+ years’ experience supporting x86 Linux environments.

Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Python, UNIX shell).

Strong troubleshooting abilities and Root Cause Analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks.

Preferred

Self-driven and ability to identify tasks/activities required to keep the environment healthy.

Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Gigabit Ethernet) and storage (SAN, RAID levels, fiber-channel, and iSCSI)
