Responsibilities
Leads and coordinates implementation of project control functions for assigned major projects.
Develops Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for new projects and monitors use of accounts.
Reviews and processes change orders, assesses impact on contract scope, schedule, and budget.
Produces timely reports for assigned projects, identifies potential risks and issues, and updates cost reports.
Facilitates annual budget process for assigned projects and conducts project risk assessment.
Champions Sound Transit's core values and contributes to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Follows Agency safety rules and integrates sustainability into everyday business practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field
Five years project controls and reporting experience for large, complex projects
Preferred
Certification as certified cost engineer/certified cost consultant (CCE/CCC) by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI)
