Responsibilities
Develop detailed product development flow and characterization requirements for new product introduction.
Create risk assessments for comprehensive product die, process, and/or Package Qualification Plan.
Oversee qualification testing per JEDEC standards like HTOL, ESD, HAST, BHAST, and more.
Provide reliability stress test routine, review test program conditions, and identify root causes for issues.
Perform rigorous characterization data analysis and implement corrective actions.
Monitor manufacturing yields, implement yield improvement solutions, and generate Product Change Notices.
Manage, train, mentor, and assess performance of junior team for new product support.
