Responsibilities

Edit and produce newscasts (including selecting, editing, and writing news content)

Manage the flow of news and information (receiving and researching news tips, calling on breaking stories, conducting off-air interviews)

Edit audio for broadcast and digital assets

Collaborate with colleagues on news coverage plans

Research and arrange compelling live and pre-recorded interviews

Promote news coverage on various channels including broadcast, social media, the Audacy app, and station website

Contribute content to social media channels, the Audacy app, and station website

Protect the station's FCC license

Perform other duties as required by management

Be available to work all hours, overnights, and weekends, and be amenable to changes in work shift
