Responsibilities
Lead weekly project update meetings and document project progress.
Translate verbal project updates into written format within the project management system.
Create regular reporting summarizing project progress, challenges, and risks.
Provide project support, conduct project research, and create presentation materials.
Assist in keeping the Operations team organized and assist with team activities.
Maintain Operations team documentation within Microsoft Teams.
Complete various ad hoc activities to support the success of the Operations team.

Required
3+ years’ experience in project management or coordination.
Prefer candidates that also have experience in an analytical role, such as a business analyst.
Must have proficient knowledge of all aspects of project phases from start to finish including technical projects involving system integrations, upgrades, or sunsetting.
Must be familiar with technical concepts and terms such as APIs, batch files, SFTPs, system integrations, testing (QA and UAT), process mapping, etc.
Must have experience with projects spanning cross-functional groups with technical impacts, including system or software upgrades/updates, system replacement, and/or system sunsetting.
Must have experience with overseeing several projects concurrently and maintaining documentation on them throughout their progression while guiding stakeholders successfully through to launch.
Must have experience creating professional presentations that are both visually appealing and content-appropriate with minimal to no oversight.
Must have experience creating data visualization components (charts/graphs) from raw information, preferably in excel.
Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Teams.
Candidates should be familiar with standard process mapping practices and Visio software.
Prefer candidates with experience in RFI/RFP exercises during vendor selection processes.
Experience with Microsoft ADO (Azure DevOps) is a plus.
Prefer candidates with experience in Operations and/or Call Centers.
Prefer candidates with experience in the Fintech or Consumer Finance industry.
Rapidly acquires new concepts, information, software, platforms, and tools with the ability to quickly attain proficiency in their application.
Problem Solving skills must be top-notch. Advanced skills in approaching complex challenges by methodically breaking them down into manageable components to achieve successful resolution.
