Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and implement analytical solutions

Conduct deep-dive analyses into inventory and overall business performance

Create and maintain customer-centric and revenue-centric dashboards

Translate planning drivers into actionable insights for senior leadership

Monitor customer churn, down-sell, and upsell performance across geographies

Collaborate with revenue stakeholders to develop impactful sales strategies

Implement effective processes and best practices within the team

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Math, Economics, or equivalent work experience required

Proven experience managing cross-functional data and technical projects with multiple contributors 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role using SQL and/or Python/R

Strong communication skills as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences

SQL fluency with experience using a scripting language like Python or R

Experience building dashboards - you know the trade-offs and impacts of using one metric versus another

Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred

The best candidates have some experience with data visualization (preferably Tableau); analytics/data engineering and data modeling; statistical modeling and other quantitative analytical methods along with some experience working in pricing and monetization

Strong Excel fundamentals a plus
