Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support the data warehouse, dashboards, and other data analytical environments and systems.
Interact with leadership, key stakeholders, developers, and technical departments to promote information sharing.
Coordinate enterprise data intelligence development and assist in the coordination of development methodologies and tools to provide operational support.
Supervise and direct a team to ensure effective and timely business intelligence delivery services to clients.

Required

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field
At least 4 years of work experience in a Business IT/Analytics–related role
Experience creating and automating distribution of KPI dashboards, data analytics, and reporting solutions in a healthcare environment
At least 3 years of experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouses and data environments
Experience setting procedures and data standards to adhere to Healthcare/IT industry best practices, HIPPA security rule, and other health regulations
Experience with data pipelines, data collection patterns, and IT resource scheduling
