Craft enterprise workflows and interface solutions with a human-centric approach.
Adhere to R1 design standards by implementing the right UI components and design patterns.
Develop a wide range of design assets, including wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and both high and low-fidelity designs.
Establish connections and collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows and support design research efforts.

Required
4+ years of experience in product design and research.
Proven proficiency in Figma, examples of detailed UI components, prototypes and completed designs.
Portfolio of work examples and detailed case studies that demonstrates the span of the design process.
Experience working remotely in Agile environments.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
