Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with product teams to improve experience within all phases of the software delivery lifecycle.
Build tooling to make the development and deployment process as seamless as possible for product teams.
Implement enterprise-level monitoring and observability.
Practice and encourage a people-focused engineering mentality when working cross-functionally.
Engage and contribute to technical discussions around new solutions and architecture.
Receive support from your manager and other senior leaders to grow as an individual and increase your impact within ActBlue and for the progressive movement.
Be a champion for building a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Required

2-5 years or equivalent of professional experience working with teams and delivering projects.
Experience contributing to the execution of small to medium-sized clearly-scoped projects involving a few engineers.
Experience in CI/CD best practices, as well as experience growing Monitoring and Observability practices in technical organizations.
A track record of effective collaboration with other engineers to improve processes that make it easy to build reliable software
Eagerness to explore and eliminate tech debt
A team player mentality. You keep the end user in mind and enjoy hearing feedback from your teammates, yet know when and how to defend your own ideas in a respectful manner.
