Responsibilities

Develop models and KPIs to explain the health of the business for informed decision-making by BPO leadership.
Collect and consolidate data for business reviews, operational planning, and executive leadership reporting.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights and present recommendations to leadership.
Present data to AWS leadership for decision-making purposes.
Communicate effectively with business partners, Product Manager, and technical partners.

Required

5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred

5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
