Responsibilities
Run the day-to-day activities of the SMB & Mid-Market Sales team and maintain AlertMedia processes
Achieve team-based quota
Meet weekly with Account Managers to discuss forecasts, pipelines, opportunities, territories, and pathways to exceeding quotas
Develop coaching and development plans to support Account Managers in exceeding quotas and developing behaviors for future sales roles
Collaborate with internal teams for program success and goal achievement
Meet customers to assist with sales growth, negotiations, product demos, and support
Mentor team members towards career goals
Identify problems and create action plans for senior management
Utilize technologies for coaching and development
Deliver forecasts and reviews to senior management
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by senior management

Required
5-7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
2+ years’ experience managing an account management or customer sales team
A people first, process oriented and data driven mindset
Experience managing sales teams with complex, multi-threaded sales processes
Ability to influence others including senior level and C-suite staff
Ability to travel
This is a hybrid position based at our headquarters in Austin, TX. Must live in Austin or surrounding areas.
