Responsibilities

Prospect in the assigned territory: Responsible for generating new business opportunities and revenue through proactive prospecting.
Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through independent outbound prospecting activities.
Collaborate with Tripleseat counterparts: Work closely with other teams within Tripleseat to maximize revenue capture.
Using professional selling practices and tools: Utilize formal professional selling practices and tools effectively engage with prospects.
Software Demonstrations: Deliver software demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of Tripleseat software.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to each customer's unique needs and requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
Maintaining CRM database and providing accurate reports: Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate information on customer interactions.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of product, competitors, and market: Have in-depth knowledge of Tripleseat's product offerings and the competitive landscape.

Required

Demonstrated success in achieving quota in software sales and/or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2+ years of experience in hospitality software sales, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its software needs.
Proven ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships, with a strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry.
Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Successful track record of working in a remote work environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
Ability to work effectively in an environment with extended team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Development, Marketing, and Sales Management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing, editing, and presenting abilities, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to customers and sales team.
Proven ability to resolve complex problems, with a strategic and analytical mindset to identify solutions.
Ability to develop sales strategies and execute them effectively, adapting to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
