Responsibilities

Focus strategically on driving the portfolio and overall Intuit strategy, lead change by generating executive support, evangelizing change, and establishing mechanisms, enable scale by implementing portfolio best practices and driving improvement, demonstrate domain expertise in software development, and deliver programs by developing new frameworks and executing high-quality plans.

Required

Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years planning and leading a strategy and portfolio of programs and/or extremely large, complex program(s).

Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level and above within a matrixed environment.

Expertise in platform technology, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques

Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs; a “people person” that can navigate across levels and teams with ease, and handle conflict, manage tradeoff and prioritization conversations, and drive focus and execution.

Preferred

Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience

Agile training and experience

Cybersecurity and/or Fraud Prevention experience

Compliance background/experience (SOX preferred)
