Responsibilities
Oversee construction documents, ensuring team members have up-to-date documents.
Record and issue meeting notes, ensuring clear communication.
Understand subcontract conditions and prime contracts.
Maintain change order log and compile pricing information.
Assist in issuing subcontractor and purchase orders accurately and timely.
Promote safety and ensure a safe work environment.
Update project schedules weekly and align with milestones.
Support field staff and collaborate for project success.
Seek continuous learning and process improvement.
Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, designers, and consultants.
Manage project risks and submittal log.
Utilize project management software for project information.
Act as a professional representative of Kadean.
