Required

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent

8-10 years of proven, progressive experience as a product manager and a track record for delivering successful products

Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives

Skills in breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact

Experience working with emerging technologies, balancing experimentation and execution; leveraging data to drive decision making

The ability to inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging innovation and exploring new ways of doing things

Subject matter experience working in HCM/HR Tech is a definite plus
