Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate regular Agile meetings across all Agile teams.
Ensure alignment with project goals, priorities, and roadmap.
Drive business asks to completion through backlog management & prioritization.
Build relationships with Business, Architecture, Analysis, and Release teams.
Develop and execute plans for deploying applications into production.
Ensure rapid communication in case of issues, scope changes, or estimation inaccuracy.
Manage platform boards, improve flow, and utilize user stories for backlog management.
Resolve and track issues reported through the ticket system (JIRA).
Shape Agile processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Embed Agile ways of working and run ceremonies, ensuring teams follow best practices.
Facilitate requirements sessions, document stories, write test cases, and conduct UAT.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Technology Business or related area.
Minimum of 7 years working as a Delivery lead, Scrum Master, or Release Coordinator specializing in Web/e-commerce systems such as CommerceTools, Elastic Search, Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management and preferably within or supporting the biotech/life sciences industry.
Familiar with Agile methodologies for systems development, experience with Atlassian Jira for user story, task, and bug tracking preferred.
Familiar with the CICD pipeline, and DevOps tools (like Github).
Effective communication.
Release/deployment planning.
Ability to prepare reports, schedules, presentations, procedures, and process documents.
Preferred
Ability to work at a rapid pace to meet business and development team expectations, adapting to changing requirements quickly and with resilience.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as alone; able to prioritize workload and safely context switch in a busy role.
Self-starter who requires little direction.
