Responsibilities

Design and implement test plans for AppleCare applications and workflows.

Lead testing efforts and identify defects during pre-release and post-release validations.

Provide clear risk assessments to the project team.

Utilize deep knowledge in Contact Center tools and workflows.

Contribute to automation efforts and have some experience with coding, preferably in Python and Swift.

Required

Deep knowledge in Contact Center tools and workflows

Previous experience with software QA including test planning, writing, and assessing and communicating risk based on issues identified

Knowledge and proficiency with QA methodologies

Strong focus on the customer experience

Skilled at analyzing complex or ambiguous issues

Creative problem solver

Curious and agile learner

Strong verbal and written communicator

Some experience with coding required, knowledge with Python and Swift preferred

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
