Responsibilities

Design and write comprehensive creative briefs aligning with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

Engage creative agencies, oversee creative processes, and present creative decks to leadership.

Create static comps, motion/AV rough cuts, scripts, and direct post-production creative choices.

Stay informed about design trends in various areas to innovate and refresh creative approaches.

Track asset performance, gather learnings, and establish creative best practices for different platforms.

Collaborate with in-house editors and designers to ensure consistency and high standards across assets.

Required

8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote

Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions

Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery

Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Proven ability to creative-direct photography shoots, motion shoots, and a knowledge of on-set production
