Responsibilities
Greet visitors in a pleasant and informed manner
Order office supplies
Work closely with Headquarters Service Center team members and hospital personnel on issues
Perform data entry to ensure stock, food, and pastry orders are entered in a timely and accurately
Input daily financial data such as sales and expenses
Handle change funds, cash out cashiers, and make daily deposits
Organize, prioritize, and designate maintenance calls
Create spreadsheets and other documents with requested data
Perform other clerical/administrative functions as necessary
Prepare miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested
