Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of social media.
Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to document key decisions and action items.
Communicate project status updates to CEO, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and risks.
Booking flights, car arrangements, and hotels for the CEO.
Coordinating lunches, reservations, coffee runs, for the CEO at the office and on the road.
Handling the calendar of our CEO.

Required
Proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules, functions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
