Responsibilities

Work with Managers and Executive Director to establish localization schedules

Assess workflows with vendors taking into account specific requirements and schedules of any given trailer

Evaluate specific territory requirements and how those impact schedules and workflows, including continuous communication with individual International distribution offices

Supervise schedules with vendors, supplying clear deadlines for localization to the vendors and tracking all changes in schedules or creative versions; establish how these changes affect localization schedules

Work with vendors to change localization schedules or workflows as needed

Track materials by maintaining accurate information for the status of any given element ensuring that all deadlines are being upheld

Supervise receipt of final English materials and supply them to various vendors for localization of assets

Supervise graphics revisions by tracking Marketing's creative changes while trailer is in-progress, and in turn work with territory office and graphics vendor to maintain the most current creative look and language

Meticulously track all versions and revisions of foreign language graphics checkers; approved and finalized graphics should be saved and shared for vendor reference

Oversee trailer subtitle translation and trailer DCP mastering, keeping all vendors on deadline through any changes or iterations of trailer content
