Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Management, Design, and Tech teams to bring client ideas to life.
Work on various projects including mobile experiences, custom fabricated assets, and museum quality props and furnishings.

Required
3+ years of experience working in a company as a designer (vs. freelance)
Must have experience using Solidworks
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A strong moral compass and willingness to do what it takes to exceed client expectations

Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building
Preferred
A degree in industrial design, furniture design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required
Experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360 would be a plus
Knowledge of fabrication methods and materials
Hybrid Role - 4 Days in the office after probationary period
