Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory and targeted accounts
Identify sales opportunities through a strong understanding of client business needs
Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to current and prospective clients
Use consultative selling skills to uncover clients’ business problems and needs
Develop and manage assigned territories to identify opportunities for revenue growth
Secure meetings with prospective clients, develop sales messaging, and conduct client presentations to C-level Executives
Track and report sales activities using Salesforce.com to chronicle client relationships

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
Background in HR related product /services sales a plus
Proven track records of identifying, qualifying and growing businesses
Travel 25% overnight (mostly air travel to existing and prospective clients)
