Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and advisory services to clients on cybersecurity strategies, solutions, and best practices.
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Access and Identity management systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
Conduct thorough security audits and risk assessments, reviewing existing security measures and recommending appropriate enhancements.
Design and implement security solutions using Microsoft security products, ensuring optimal deployment and integration within client environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards related to cybersecurity, specifically in the areas of Access and Identity management.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Professional certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or similar, are highly desirable.
Extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on Access and Identity management systems.
Deep expertise in Microsoft security products, including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CyberArk and SailPoint.
Proficiency in conditional access optimization and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Familiarity with the latest trends and emerging technologies in security standards and frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred
A master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Additional professional certifications in cybersecurity beyond CISSP, CISM, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions beyond basic proficiency.
Experience with assessing and evaluating Access and Identity management systems.
Experience with providing expert guidance and advisory services on cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
Experience in designing and implementing security solutions using Microsoft security products.
Experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
Experience in developing comprehensive security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Experience in staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
