Responsibilities

Applies performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) to analyze, evaluate, and report vendor performance to senior management.
Monitors the productivity and quality of vendor services by analyzing data, reports, and processes to ensure contract terms, requirements, and specifications are met.
Prepares reports on vendor performance for internal oversight committees and assists in developing corrective action plans.
Identifies systemic issues and develops strategies to address them through vendor-specific initiatives.
Assists in the requirements, planning, and implementation of vendor processes and reports to support new products, joint ventures, and other business activities.
Participates in cross-departmental implementation teams.
Ensures vendor SLA and other KPI reports are provided to management as requested.
Validates the accuracy of data and statistics.
Examines reports to isolate trends and potential issues, focusing on clean-up and root cause analysis.
Works with management to develop corrective action plans.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business or other technical/analytical field or equivalent experience
Three to five years experience in an operations/processing position
Minimum three years analytical and data processing experience

Preferred

Degree with an emphasis in statistics, math or related field
Some training in Six Sigma, ISO, SAS 70 and TQM
Highly proficient in Excel
PowerBI experience
Thorough understanding of call centers and the infrastructure of them including telephony systems, call center data, sales data and how to access and manipulate the data to get to summary and comparison data for vendor performance, sales and conversion rates
Preference to have experience in call center operations and/or telephonic sales operations
