Utilize prior project management experience to lead projects within the engineering department.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or closely related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
5+ years’ experience of Product Development experience required.
5+ years 3D Modeling experience required (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
5+ years work experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
Demonstrates a “customer-first” mentality, focused on meeting the needs of customers and captures feedback to make improvements.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, time management, Project Management skills required.
