Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce.com CRM including support by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
Perform ongoing system administration, including reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet the business requirements.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, and relationships within Salesforce to support form data.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Design, build, and maintain FormAssembly forms tailored to business needs.
Ensure seamless integration of FormAssembly with Salesforce, including mapping data fields and automating workflows.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Airtable and Salesforce.
Configure Airtable and Salesforce to meet business requirements and optimize workflows.
Perform regular data audits and clean-ups to maintain data accuracy.
Import, export, and update large volumes of data as needed using data loader tools.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Work with management and colleagues to define, develop, and implement new business processes.
Develop and implement best practices for form design, data management, and integration.
Stay updated with FormAssembly and Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to gather requirements and solutions that streamline business processes.
Manage Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems.
Provide tier-2 support for Salesforce and FormAssembly-related issues.
Conduct training sessions for colleagues on how to create and manage FormAssembly and Salesforce effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain high levels of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
Create and maintain documentation for form creation, integration processes, and best practices.

Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and security settings.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning interface.
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and macros.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Salesforce integrations.
Experience with other form-building tools and their integration with Salesforce such as FormAssembly, Airtable, and SurveyMonkey Apply.
