Responsibilities

Defining UX & UI requirements by working directly with your product manager, engineering, and product design team.

Designing pixel-perfect solutions to our hardest problems

Designing and conducting user research and usability studies

Driving the evolution of our design system across iOS, Android & web, building and maintaining design components

Planning, cleaning, and re-structuring our Figma libraries so they’re complete and easy to use for designers

Staying open and transparent, sharing work at various stages, remaining humble while soliciting and providing constructive feedback to peers at all levels

Required

5-7 years of experience in end-to-end product design

A proven user-centered design workflow that comprises: research, design, prototyping, presentation, sharing and soliciting feedback, user testing, influencing key decision making and collaborative handoffs with developers

A command of visual and communication design principles including typography, iconography and grid systems with experience applying this knowledge across various platforms

Experience designing, maintaining and implementing design systems with precision including the development process

Generating and communicating clear ideas, concepts and designs from beginning to end; proficient in hi-fidelity prototyping with Figma

Able to define projects and measures of success, test assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback

Effective in conducting and summarizing insights from qualitative and quantitative research

Able to function independently and in team environments
