Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
Perform cross-functional leadership stakeholder management.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues for business success.
Identify and resolve issues with project team members.
Ensure team members work towards established milestones.
Conduct ongoing risk management.
Develop and manage schedules, goals, and budgets; identify required resources.
Submit project deliverables adhering to quality standards.
Prepare status reports by analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Establish program governance and effective project communication plans; ensure execution.
Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or relevant work experience
8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a Project Manager or Program Manager
Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership
Experience leading enterprise-wide technology efforts involving multiple workstreams / projects
Experience with data transfer / integration platforms and/or Enterprise Systems
Working knowledge of ‘Integration-as-a-Service’ concepts
Mastery of SDLC, application integration principles, standards and methods
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Knowledge of the Atlassian tool suite
Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite – Project, Visio, Word, Excel
Ability to direct and manage teams – identifying project tasks, setting priorities, assigning and monitoring work
Ability to interact with and manage local and virtual project teams, both domestic and internationally
Experience with 3rd party / offshore vendors
Preferred
Advanced Degree a plus
Industry Certification a plus – CSM, PMP, etc.
