Responsibilities
Support monthly revenue calculations
Pricing for client engagements and maintain pricing models
Support financial reporting functions across the business
Key performance reporting, including performance vs budget and KPI reporting
Monthly sales performance analysis and sales commissions calculations
Support preparations of board of director packages, executive dashboards, and other executive level presentations
Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed

Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field
2-5 years of financial analyst experience, particularly within investment/corporate banking, financial due diligence, FP&A or consulting
Desire to work on a small, influential team
Desire to become intimately familiar with the operations of a growth-stage company
Desire to solve complex, sometimes undefined business problems
Desire to support meaningful growth
Strong drive and motivation to be successful
