Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements

Consolidate and ensure data integrity for the EFD Division

Develop processes for effective data analysis and reporting

Manage reporting for the EFD Division and drive consistent reporting across the MFS segment

Implement transactional scorecard to identify optimization opportunities

Provide support and training on PowerBI and AFO usage

Engage in other assigned projects

Required

Bachelor's degree or related work experience in data analytics, economics, statistics or equivalent

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, DAX, and Power BI, preferred

Proficiency with MS Office, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Ideally experience in project management

Preferred knowledge of SAP, EIQ and Business warehouse

Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis

Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills and precise work style, able to cope with tight deadlines

Ability to interpret report data and present on findings and respond to questions from managers or other internal customers

Sound judgment and reasoning ability to escalate sensitive, urgent matters to appropriate personnel for resolution

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and follow through skills a must

Passion for the customer and action-oriented

Ability to work well within all organizational layers up to and including senior management

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, DAX, and Power BI

Professional experience in process development and data management

Ideally experience in project management

Preferred knowledge of SAP, EIQ and Business warehouse
