Responsibilities
Work closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis
Assist team in underwriting for various advisory services across all property types
Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
Conduct due diligence collection and review

Required
Bachelor's degree or graduate degree by Spring of 2024
Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, or extra-curricular activities
Ability to work in the United States on a permanent basis
1-3 years of experience in real estate finance
Exposure to financial modeling within Excel and Argus Enterprise
Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
Willingness to work hard in a demanding and highly focused environment
Ability to collaborate with others and work on a team
Energetic self-starters who are flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
