Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging and interactive training programs and materials.
Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps.
Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to implement training programs.
Create various training content including videos, simulations, and scenario-based training.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and achieve client objectives.
Communicate effectively both in written and oral forms.

Required
Experience in call center/BPO
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Design or a related field
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office product proficiency (PowerPoint Specifically)
Expert knowledge in training delivery methods such as online training, classroom instruction, or blended learning
Preferred
Experience and/or qualified in Lean/Six Sigma or different process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of the cruise line industry
